One lot.
One record.
How a KAVYON lot gets from the supplier's batch to the verification page in your browser.
1 · Supplier batch
Every product starts as a supplier production batch with its own batch number. We record that number against the KAVYON lot it becomes, so the link between the two is never lost.
2 · Third-party analysis
Samples from the supplier batch are analysed by an independent laboratory (currently Kovera Labs) for HPLC purity and net content. Multi-component products are tested per component.
3 · KAVYON lot
The batch is packed and labelled under a KAVYON lot code, printed on both vial and carton with a QR code and expiry date.
4 · Public record
Each lot has its own verification page. It shows the lab summary for the mapped supplier batch, the report ID and the access code, so the result can be checked directly with the laboratory. If a lot hasn't been tested yet, it is marked pending.
Reading a lab summary
- HPLC purity — share of the main compound in the sample, by high-performance liquid chromatography.
- Net content — amount the lab measured in the tested vial. The label shows the nominal fill.
- Report / access code — use these on the laboratory's own site to see the original.
KAVYON lab pages are summaries of third-party data for the mapped supplier batch. They are not laboratory-issued KAVYON certificates.
