How do I verify a KAVYON product?
Use the lot code printed on the product and enter it on the Product Verification page.
What does the QR code do?
It opens the KAVYON verification record for the lot printed next to it.
How much is UK delivery?
Tracked UK delivery is £4.99, and free on orders over £60.
Is there a first-order discount?
Yes — join the KAVYON Telegram community through @kavyon_bot. Once the bot confirms you are a member, it creates a private single-use code for 10% off your first order.
Why is the measured content higher than the label?
The label shows the nominal fill (for example 5 mg). The lab measures the actual amount in the tested vial, so the net content on a lab summary is the measured figure for that batch.
Are all products third-party tested?
Every current lot is either tested or clearly marked pending on its product page, verification record and the lab results page. We never show one lot's result against another.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Not at the moment — delivery is UK only.
